Designates Illinois Route 100 in Godfrey, from the northwest city limits to the southeast city limits, as the "Officer Blake Snyder Memorial Highway"

Honors Officer Blake Snyder, a four-year veteran of the St. Louis County Police Department who was killed in the line of duty on October 6, 2016, in Green Park, Missouri

Directs the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along the route notifying the public of the memorial highway designation

Recognizes Officer Snyder's community involvement as Creative Director for Destiny Church, board member of Riverbend Family Ministries, and his service with Village of Godfrey Parks and Recreation

Requires copies of the resolution be presented to Officer Snyder's family and the Secretary of the Department of Transportation
