Creates a Trade Policy Task Force within the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity - Office of Trade and Investment to analyze international trade issues and recommend policies to Congress, the U.S. Trade Representative, and the White House National Trade Council.

Task Force duties include analyzing trade growth affecting Illinois, making trade policy recommendations, and promoting Illinois exports and imports of goods and services.

Task Force consists of 26 members appointed by legislative leaders (8 members), statewide business and industry associations (7 members), the Governor (3 members), and mayors of Chicago, Rockford, Peoria, Granite City, Lawrenceville, and Savanna (6 members).

Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity shall provide administrative support and reimburse reasonable and prudent expenses for Task Force members.

Task Force must submit a final report by December 31, 2018.
