Designates the Armor Road Overpass in the City of Bradley as the "Sgt. Wilford Ray 'Wil' Lewis Memorial Overpass" in honor of a fallen police officer.

Sgt. Lewis served 22 years with the Bradley Police Department before being killed in the line of duty on November 20, 1997, after being promoted to sergeant and shift supervisor on January 13, 1991.

Lewis was born November 19, 1947, served in the United States Air Force from 1965 to 1967 as a sergeant E-4, and married Laurie Dugan on May 21, 1971.

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect plaques or signs at suitable locations consistent with state and federal regulations to identify the memorial overpass.

Directs copies of the resolution be presented to the Secretary of Transportation, the Mayor of Bradley, the Bradley Police Department Chief, and Sgt. Lewis's family.
