Illinois General Assembly urges increased allocation of Passenger Facility Charge revenues toward community airport noise mitigation, air quality monitoring, and toxic emissions reduction programs, particularly during nighttime hours.

Resolution directs presentation of this measure to U.S. Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao, leaders of both chambers of Congress, and the Illinois congressional delegation.
