Designates the entirety of Illinois Route 390 as the "Illinois Bicentennial Memorial Tollway" in recognition of the State's 200th birthday

Illinois Route 390 is designated a Project of National and Regional Significance by the U.S. Department of Transportation and provides western access to O'Hare International Airport

Illinois State Toll Highway Authority is requested to erect appropriate plaques or signs at suitable locations notifying the public of the tollway's new name

The project was completed in four years using sustainable construction practices, including recycling all existing pavement and planting more than 3,000 new trees and 5,000 shrubs

Illinois Route 390 creates 127 square miles of economic development opportunity west of O'Hare and connects the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) and Tri-State Tollway (I-294) via the I-490 connector
