Urges the federal government to continue its investigation into privately-owned TRICARE facilities under scrutiny by the U.S. Department of Justice and Office of the Executive Inspector General for alleged billing fraud and unethical practices.

Calls for the fullest allowable punishment for any company found guilty of violating laws in connection with TRICARE operations.

Addresses allegations that some facilities engaged in severe violations including billing fraud, unethical practices, potential patient detention for profit, and conduct severe enough to warrant expulsion from Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Directs that a copy of this resolution be delivered to the U.S. Department of Justice.
