Recognizes that veterans ages 45 and over represented 59% of unemployed veterans in 2014, with significant unemployment disparities across states ranging from 1.4% in North Dakota to 8.5% in Maryland

Directs that copies of the resolution be delivered to Governor Bruce Rauner and the Director of Employment Security
