Created in 2004 with bipartisan support, the office of Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat anti-Semitism in the U.S. Department of State has documented abuses against Jewish communities abroad and addressed anti-Semitism issues in France, Argentina, Hungary, Ukraine, Greece, and Egypt.

The Special Envoy position is currently vacant and needs to be filled as anti-Semitism continues to rise in the United States and other nations.

Urges President Trump to fill the Special Envoy position and to provide adequate staffing and funding for the office.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be delivered to President Trump.
