Endorses Taiwan's efforts to negotiate and secure a Bilateral Trade Agreement (BTA) with the United States to increase exports, investment, and technical collaboration

Supports Taiwan's participation in international organizations affecting health, safety, and well-being, and endorses its contributions to international humanitarian efforts including disease control and humanitarian aid

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to all members of the Illinois Congressional Delegation and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago
