Designates June 27, 2018 as "Illinois Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Day" in Illinois.

Designates June 2018 as "Illinois Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Month."

Urges the Department of Public Health and Department of Veterans' Affairs to educate victims of abuse, crime, and natural disasters, service members, veterans, their families, and the public about causes, symptoms, and treatment of post-traumatic stress injury.

Recognizes post-traumatic stress injury (PTSI) as a treatable brain injury rather than a mental disorder, to reduce stigma and encourage affected individuals to seek treatment.

Requires copies of the resolution to be delivered to the Governor, Director of Public Health, and Director of Veterans' Affairs.
