Directs the Auditor General to conduct a performance audit of the Ford Heights Public Library District.

Ford Heights Public Library closed over 20 years ago and building was demolished; residents pay $13,382 annually in property taxes but have no library access and cannot obtain library cards.

Audit shall examine whether administrative expenses are justified, whether documentation supports expenses, whether funds were used without adequate documentation, and what services are provided and how they can be improved.

Ford Heights Public Library District and related agencies must cooperate fully with the Auditor General during the audit review.

Auditor General shall commence the audit as soon as possible and report findings and recommendations in accordance with the Illinois State Auditing Act.
