Creates the Black History Curriculum Task Force to audit every Illinois school district's K-12 history curriculum for compliance with the requirement to teach African American history under 105 ILCS 5/27-20.4.

Task Force shall review whether districts include African American history units, identify grade levels where instruction begins and ends, assess standardized testing coverage, and examine the Illinois State Board of Education's policies and enforcement mechanisms.

Comprises 14 members appointed by the State Superintendent of Education, including representatives from regional offices, school boards, principals, administrators, teachers, and various school district types, serving without compensation.

Audit must be completed by January 9, 2019, with the final report filed electronically with the Clerk of the House of Representatives, after which the Task Force is dissolved.

Copies of the resolution shall be delivered to the Chairman of the Illinois State Board of Education and the State Superintendent of Education.
