IL HR1300

Directs the Illinois Auditor General to conduct a management audit of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum (Agency) and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation (Foundation)

Audit must examine direct and indirect support provided between the Agency and Foundation, including grants, contracts, leases, concessions, and fees

Audit must review revenues and expenditures from the Foundation's store and restaurant operations, and whether required monthly and annual financial reports are submitted timely

Audit must determine if the Agency has adequately monitored the Foundation relationship and whether the Foundation received state funds from other agencies

Audit shall cover the three most recently completed fiscal years and the Auditor General must report findings to the Legislative Audit Commission, Governor, and General Assembly
