Congratulates State Rep. Sara Wojcicki Jimenez on her retirement from the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 99th District since November 20, 2015

Recognizes her career as a reporter for KHQA and WICS, and her work as Deputy Director of Communications for the Illinois State Treasurer's office, press secretary for the Illinois House Republican Caucus, and chief of staff to Illinois First Lady Diana Rauner

Acknowledges her legislative accomplishments including initiatives to prohibit automatic cost of living raises for elected officials, work on harassment and discrimination protections, creation of a Capitol/Springfield area hiring preference for state positions, and protections for adult children's visitation with elderly parents

Commends her community partnerships including repurposing used state computer equipment with Computer Banc for schools and daycare facilities and leading a penny drive with school children to purchase an Abraham Lincoln artifact for Illinois's bicentennial

Extends best wishes to Rep. Wojcicki Jimenez, her husband Jose Carlos, and their twin sons Charlie and Augie as they begin a new chapter
