Congratulates State Rep. Bob Pritchard on his retirement and recognizes his years of service to Illinois.

Highlights his leadership on education funding reform, including negotiations that resulted in historic education funding reform legislation passed in 2017.

Recognizes his background in communications, agriculture, and public service, including his work as Executive Director of the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation and his family farm operation in its 7th generation.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Rep. Pritchard as a symbol of respect and esteem.
