Congratulates Dr. Ann Rondeau on her service as President of College of DuPage and her new position as President of the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.

Dr. Rondeau is a retired three-star admiral who served 38 years in the U.S. Navy and is the second woman to achieve that rank.

She joined College of DuPage in July 2016 as the sixth president and first woman to hold the position, overseeing an annual operating budget of approximately $180 million and annual revenue of close to $300 million.

At College of DuPage, she rebuilt trust and navigated the institution through governance, financial, and personnel challenges while establishing strong collaborative relationships.

Dr. Rondeau will conclude her service at College of DuPage at the end of 2018 and focus on modernizing Navy and Marine Corps education with emphasis on STEM education at the Naval Postgraduate School.
