Amends the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act to change board member term limits from a maximum of 2 terms to a maximum of 3 terms.

Board consists of 9 members: 4 appointed by the Governor (subject to Senate consent), 4 appointed by the Mayor, and 1 chairperson appointed jointly by the Governor and Mayor appointees.

At least one board member must represent labor interests and at least one must represent convention industry interests.

Board members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for actual expenses incurred in performance of duties.

Board members must be individuals of recognized ability and integrity, and cannot be current or former state/local government officers or employees.
