Creates the offense of "unauthorized visual recording" in the Criminal Code of 2012 by adding Section 26-4.6.

Prohibits first responders (peace officers, firefighters, emergency medical services personnel) from photographing, filming, videotaping, or recording images of human corpses or persons receiving medical care at motor vehicle accidents or emergency situations, except for legitimate law enforcement, public safety, health care, insurance, legal investigation, or court-ordered purposes.

Prohibits first responders from disclosing photographs, films, videotapes, or recordings of human corpses or persons receiving medical care without prior written consent of the injured person, next-of-kin, or deceased person's legal representative, except for legitimate law enforcement, public safety, health care, insurance, legal investigation, or court-ordered purposes.

Establishes penalties of a Class C misdemeanor for a first offense and a Class B misdemeanor for a second or subsequent offense.
