Eliminates joint and several liability in negligence and strict product liability cases, requiring each defendant to pay only their proportionate share of fault as determined by the trier of fact.

Bars plaintiffs from recovering damages exceeding the percentage of fault attributed to each individual defendant, except when plaintiff's contributory fault exceeds 50% (which bars recovery entirely).

Removes provisions from the Joint Tortfeasor Contribution Act allowing remaining tortfeasors to share uncollectable portions of judgments from insolvent defendants.

Repeals Section 4 of the Joint Tortfeasor Contribution Act entirely.
