Removes DuPage County and municipalities within it from the applicability of Illinois Vehicle Code Section 11-208.6 regarding automated traffic law enforcement systems.

The amendment strikes "DuPage," from the list of counties where automated red light camera systems are permitted to operate, leaving only Cook, Kane, Lake, Madison, McHenry, St. Clair, and Will counties.

All other provisions of Section 11-208.6 governing automated traffic law enforcement systems remain unchanged, including requirements for signage, recorded image access, penalty amounts, and statistical safety analysis.
