Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act to require mandatory domestic violence training for all persons required to report child abuse and neglect.

Mandates at least 4 hours of training annually to recognize signs of domestic violence against both minors and non-minors.

Allows training to be conducted by local domestic violence shelters, hospitals, or other domestic violence advocacy groups.
