Makes it unlawful for any person to simultaneously hold the office of county board member and township supervisor or township trustee (previously lawful).

Makes it unlawful for any person to simultaneously hold the office of county board member and township assessor or town clerk (previously lawful in counties with less than 300,000 population).

Validates all lawful actions taken by individuals who held these offices simultaneously before the effective date of this amendatory act.

Prohibits any new actions in violation of these restrictions after the effective date of the amendatory act.
