Amends the Common Interest Community Association Act to require unit owners leasing their units to deliver a signed copy of the lease or memorandum of an oral lease to the association within 10 days of signing or occupancy, whichever occurs first.

Restricts board membership so that only one owner of a multi-owned unit may serve as a board member at one time, unless that owner independently owns another unit.

Allows two-thirds of association membership to remove a board member at a duly called special meeting.

Expands disclosure requirements for unit resales to include adopted common expense collection policies, current assessment obligations including special assessments, and current late fees or interest charges on unpaid balances.

Requires association officers to disclose requested resale information within 30 days and allows the association to charge a reasonable fee covering direct out-of-pocket copying and provision costs.
