Changes administrative support for the Employment and Economic Opportunity for Persons with Disabilities Task Force from the Illinois Department of Employment Security to the Illinois Department of Human Services

Task Force must be appointed and hold first meeting within 90 days after the effective date, convened by the Governor

Task Force composition includes state government representatives from multiple departments (Human Services, Healthcare and Family Services, Veterans' Affairs, Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Employment Security, Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities, and Education) plus up to 15 public members representing disability advocacy organizations, labor, education, business, and at least 5 persons with disabilities

Task Force members serve voluntarily without compensation, with co-chairs selected from the Governor's representative and a public member chosen by other public members

Co-chairs must invite legislative committee chairs and minority spokespersons to attend meetings and may invite experts to participate in subcommittees
