Amends the Nurse Practice Act Section 65-35 to modify written collaborative agreement requirements for advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) engaged in clinical practice.

Exempts APRNs from collaborative agreement requirements if they are privileged to practice in a hospital, hospital affiliate, or ambulatory surgical treatment center, but requires agreements if they practice outside these settings.

Prohibits collaborative agreements (absent employment relationships) from restricting patient categories within the APRN's scope of practice, limiting third-party payors or government health programs, or restricting geographic practice areas within Illinois.

Establishes requirements for certified registered nurse anesthetists providing anesthesia services, including written collaborative agreements with physicians or dentists and requiring physical presence of collaborating providers during anesthesia delivery.

Creates grandfather provision allowing APRNs with existing collaborative agreements with podiatric physicians before the effective date to continue under prior requirements until the relationship terminates.
