IL SB1326

Repeals Section 5-530 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois concerning the Agricultural Export Advisory Committee.

Removes references to the Agricultural Export Advisory Committee from Section 205-40 of the Department of Agriculture Law, allowing the Department of Agriculture and Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to provide export consulting services independently.

Eliminates language requiring the Agricultural Export Advisory Committee's involvement in export consulting services for farm products, commodities, and processed agricultural products.

Modifies Section 28 of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 to make subsection (9) blank, removing prior provisions regarding Department of Agriculture expenses under Section 5-530.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
