IL SB1356

Amends the Video Gaming Act to allow municipalities and counties to impose video gaming limitations more restrictive than state law.

Permits restrictions on hours of video gaming terminal operation that are more stringent than liquor license hours at licensed establishments, veterans organizations, fraternal organizations, or truck stops.

Allows limitations on the number of video gaming terminals within individual licensed establishments, veterans organizations, fraternal organizations, or truck stops.

Authorizes caps on the total number of licensed establishments, veterans organizations, fraternal organizations, or truck stops permitted in a municipality or county, including zoning restrictions to designate areas where video gaming is allowed.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
