IL SB1365

Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act (5 ILCS 315/3) to exclude employees of the Department of Human Services classified as or holding the position of Public Service Administrator or Executive 2 from bargaining unit status.

Removes previous language that excluded certain Office of the Inspector General employees in the Department of Human Services from public employee definition.

Maintains existing exclusions for other managerial positions while adding the new Department of Human Services exclusion to the definition of "public employee" or "employee."

Applies to employees in specified positions who would otherwise be eligible for collective bargaining representation under the Act.
