• Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act Section 1900 regarding information disclosure prohibitions by deleting "account number" from the list of protected identifiers.

• Allows unencrypted email or electronic communication with individuals or entities as long as the message does not combine the person's name with their social security number, driver's license number, credit/debit card number, or security/access codes.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
