Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code Section 5A-2 to make a technical change regarding hospital provider assessments on inpatient services.

Modifies language in subsection (a)(1) by replacing "and and" with a single "and" when referencing Sections 5A-3 and 5A-10.

Maintains the existing assessment structure imposing $218.38 per occupied bed day (less Medicare bed days) on hospital providers for State fiscal years 2009 through 2018.

Preserves provisions for assessment increases based on federally required State share payments and the ACA Assessment Adjustment for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018.

Section is scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2018.
