Amends the Health Care Services Lien Act to expand the definition of "health care provider" to include ambulatory surgical treatment facilities.

Adds ambulatory surgical treatment facilities that are accredited by the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, Joint Commission, Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program, or Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care as qualifying health care providers under the lien act.

The amendment applies to causes of action accruing on or after January 1, 2006 (the effective date of Public Act 94-403).
