Requires lobbyists to include descriptions of any business relationships they have with state officials in their registration reports.

Requires lobbyists to disclose any familial relationships with state officials that are known to the registrant, with "familial relationship" defined to include spouses, children, parents, siblings, in-laws, step-relations, half-siblings, and first cousins.

Amends the Lobbyist Registration Act (25 ILCS 170/6) to add two new reporting requirements in subsections (b-4) and (b-5).

Changes gender-specific language in Section 6(c) from "him" to "or her" in multiple places to use gender-neutral terminology.
