IL SB1621

Amends the State Comptroller Act to require the Comptroller's "Online Ledger" to include salaries and other payments made to each State employee.

Requires the Online Ledger to display the State's cost of each individual State employee's health insurance plan and the State's pension contributions for each employee.

Requires the Online Ledger to include the total monetary sum of all State benefits that each State employee receives.

Directs the Comptroller to consult with the Department of Innovation and Technology, Department of Central Management Services, State Retirement Systems of Illinois, and other necessary agencies to maintain the Online Ledger.

Authorizes the Comptroller to establish rules and regulations for the establishment and maintenance of the Online Ledger.
