Expands the definition of "judicial officer" under the Judicial Privacy Act to include actively employed, former, and deceased judges and justices at federal and state levels.

Extends privacy protections for home addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other personal information to former and deceased judicial officers, not just active ones.

Allows judicial officers or their employers to submit written requests to government agencies, businesses, and individuals to prevent public posting of their personal information.

Defines "home address" to include a judicial officer's permanent residence and secondary residences, while excluding work addresses.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
