IL SB1662

Amends the Grade A Pasteurized Milk and Milk Products Act to expand exemptions from pasteurization requirements for raw milk.

Removes the restriction limiting raw milk exemptions to milk "sold or distributed on the premises of the dairy farm."

Allows milk produced, sold, and distributed in accordance with Department rules to be exempt from pasteurization requirements, broadening where raw milk can be sold.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage.
