Amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act to add new subsection (c) regarding the Office of Inspector General's jurisdiction.

Office of Inspector General of the Department of Human Services retains jurisdiction over a community mental health or developmental services agency and the individuals it served after the agency's license is revoked.

Inspector General jurisdiction continues for as long as necessary to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of individuals the agency served and to maintain accountability of the agency.
