Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act to exclude all existing and future position numbers of Department of Human Services employees classified as Public Service Administrator (Option 8N) or Internal Security Investigator II from the definition of "public employee" for purposes of the Act and collective bargaining.

The exclusion applies to all position numbers held by employees in these classifications, covering both current and future appointments to these roles.

Excluded employees are no longer covered by collective bargaining provisions or contracts negotiated under the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act.
