• Increases annual license fees for terminal handlers from $50 to $100 and establishes an annual fee of $100 for licensed establishments, truck stops, fraternal establishments, and veterans establishments.

• Caps civil monetary penalties at $25,000 for individuals and $50,000 for licensees per violation under the Video Gaming Act.
