IL SB1848

Amends the State Prompt Payment Act to include prevention, intervention, or treatment services and supports for youth provided by a vendor under a contractual grant agreement as goods or services furnished to the State.

Expands the definition of "vendor" to include community-based organizations that provide prevention, intervention, or treatment services and supports for youth.

Includes invoices issued under contractual grant agreements in the definition of "proper bill or invoice" for payment processing purposes.

Applies to State officials and agencies authorized to provide payment from State funds for goods or services furnished to the State.
