Reduces maximum attorney fees for death cases, total disability cases, and partial disability cases from 20% to 15% of the sum due for 364 weeks of permanent total disability based on the employee's average weekly wage.

Maintains 20% maximum fee cap for initial or original claims in other types of cases, subject to Commission approval.

Prohibits attorney fees for undisputed medical expenses and temporary total disability compensation unless payment is refused, improperly delayed, or terminated by the employer.

Caps attorney fees at $100 for cases with no dispute regarding liability where the accident resulted in death, statutory permanent disability, amputation, testicle removal, or total vision loss.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
