Amends the State Parks Act to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to sell up to 5 acres of Moraine View State Park to Dawson Township in McLean County.

Agreement between the Department and Dawson Township must be reached within one year of the bill's effective date, specifying the exact acreage and location within the park to be sold.

Dawson Township must pay the full market value for the property, determined by the average of 3 independent appraisals.

Sale and conveyance cannot occur until the Department acquires adequate replacement property meeting federal requirements, with a 5-year deadline from the agreement date to complete the replacement acquisition.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
