IL SB1880

Amends the Legislative Reference Bureau Act to require the Digest be published online each week during regular and special sessions of the General Assembly, rather than just during the session.

Establishes that cumulative editions of the Digest shall be published both online and in printed form after the first year and after adjournment sine die of each General Assembly.

Allows recipients of printed cumulative editions under the distribution requirements to request a lesser number of copies than prescribed.

Permits persons receiving printed cumulative editions to request printed interim editions for calendar years beginning January 1, 2018 and thereafter, with requests due before January 1 of the applicable year.

Exempts the state from providing reimbursement for any mandate created by this amendatory act under the State Mandates Act.
