Prohibits contracts for consumer merchandise or services from including provisions that waive a consumer's right to make statements about the seller, lessor, their employees/agents, or the merchandise/services.

Makes it an unlawful practice to threaten, seek to enforce, or penalize a consumer for making statements protected under this section.

Voids and renders unenforceable any waiver of these protections as contrary to public policy.

Allows online review platforms to remove statements that are otherwise lawful to remove, without limitation by this section.
