Requires the Illinois Department of Labor to publish prevailing wage schedules for each county on its official website by August 15 of each year, based on investigations conducted in June.

Allows the Department of Labor to publish prevailing wage rates more than once per year if it deems appropriate.

Establishes a 30-day objection period for any person affected by published prevailing wage schedules to file written objections with the relevant public body or Department of Labor.

Requires the public body or Department of Labor to hold a hearing on objections within 45 days of filing, with the hearing to be conducted by the Department of Labor if the public body fails to hold it within the specified timeframe.

Final determinations must be rendered within 30 days after conclusion of the hearing, and are subject to judicial review under the Administrative Review Law.
