IL SB1949

Amends the Snowmobile Registration and Safety Act by making a technical change to Section 5-1 concerning snowmobile operation.

Changes the language in subsection A from "the following ways" to "the following ways" (correcting duplicate article "the").

Maintains all existing prohibitions on snowmobile operation including restrictions on speed, reckless driving, lighting requirements, nature preserves, railroad tracks, tree nurseries, private property without consent, and frozen public waters.

Preserves liability protections for property owners and the State when snowmobiling is permitted without valuable consideration, while maintaining liability for willful or malicious conduct.
