Amends the Illinois Minimum Wage Law by making a technical change to Section 4a concerning overtime compensation.

Eliminates redundant language by removing one instance of "the" in the overtime provision describing compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per workweek.

Maintains the requirement that employers pay overtime compensation at a rate not less than 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 hours per week.

Preserves all existing exemptions from overtime requirements, including exemptions for vehicle/equipment salespeople, agricultural workers, executive and administrative employees, and certain bargaining unit members.
