Amends the Equal Pay Act of 2003 by making a technical change to Section 15 concerning enforcement provisions.

Clarifies that the Director of Labor or authorized representative administers and enforces the Equal Pay Act, with the Director adopting necessary rules.

Establishes that employees or former employees must file complaints with the Department of Labor within one year from the date of underpayment.

Authorizes the Department to conduct investigations, inspect workplaces and records during regular business hours, and question employees to determine violations of the Equal Pay Act.

Allows the Department to refer complaints that also allege violations of the Illinois Human Rights Act to the Department of Human Rights for joint investigation and enforcement.
