IL SB1990

Amends Section 11-0.1 of the Criminal Code of 2012 to modify the definition of "sexual penetration" in the Sex Offenses Article.

Expands "sexual penetration" to include contact between any part of the body of one person or of an animal or object and the sex organ or anus of another person.

Removes language limiting penetration to contact with "the sex organ or anus of one person and an object" and removes reference to "mouth" from the definition.

Clarifies that evidence of semen emission is not required to prove sexual penetration and includes examples such as cunnilingus, fellatio, or anal penetration.
