• Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act to add procedural protections for school employees (teachers and administrators) accused of abuse or neglect when a report is recommended to be indicated.

• Grants school employees the right to receive a copy of the investigation summary and review the specific allegations against them.

• Requires the Department to convene an administrator's teleconference allowing the accused school employee to present documentary evidence and information supporting their position before a final indicated finding is entered.

• Removes previous provisions requiring the Department to inform school employees of their rights to confront accusers (if age 14+) and review all submitted evidence and materials.
