Appropriates $314,212,190 total for Department of Natural Resources ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, comprised of $42,000,000 from General Revenue Fund, $249,032,197 from Other State Funds, and $23,179,993 from Federal Funds.

Allocates funds across multiple DNR offices and programs including General Office, Office of Realty and Capital Planning, Office of Strategic Services, Office of Resource Conservation, Office of Law Enforcement, Office of Land Management and Education, Office of Mines and Minerals, and Office of Oil and Gas Resource Management.

Includes specific appropriations for major initiatives such as $3,208,400 for Sparta World Shooting and Recreation Complex, $2,740,000 for Office of Grant Management and Assistance, $46,031,200 for Resource Conservation programs, and $60,501,300 for Land Management and Education programs.

Reappropriates unexpended funds from prior fiscal year appropriations from various state and federal funds for coastal management, conservation programs, park operations, and forestry initiatives.
